With Proxio, You can change your default settings, change the language, the currency, or the units used to visualize the information on the site; if you are an agent or a user whose primary language is not English, this is especially useful for you.

Changing your defaults in Proxio Showcase

Step by Step:

1. Go to your website or Login into your account and go to the top right corner of the site.

2. In there click the "world" Icon to display the "Global Preferences" modal.
3. The modal will show you settings for:
   • Languages: You can select any available language and the site will change its verbiage.
     • Some content translations might not be available yet, so the site uses English as the default version to always display information.
   • Currency: You can search and select any of the currencies available and the site.
     • The website will do the math for you to show you the price of the listing on that currency.
   • Units: You can select between "SQ. FT" or "SQ. M", by default the site will be on "SQ. FT".
4. Change the settings and the site will use those to update the information on the site and display content with those new settings.

Note: If you are logged in, the site will remember your global settings for the next time you log in, also this won't affect how your clients will see the information, they will need to select their settings if they don't want English as default.

Changing your defaults in Proxio Connect

You can change your default settings between f2 (feet squared) or m2 (meters squared).  This will change how you see your listings displayed.  Updating the default display of f2 or m2 will allow you to see the proper default when adding a listing or editing a listing.   

Listings will be converted automatically depending on the default setting you choose, regardless of the listing was added/entered in as f2 or m2.

To change your default selection, follow these steps:

1. Click the Profile icon (or for some users, the Settings icon) at the top right of any page. 

2. Find the top section labeled "Defaults".

3. Under the Defaults section is the "Dimension Unit:" field. You can now select either "Square meters: m2" or "Square feet: ft2". 

4. Scroll down to the bottom of the page and click the Save Changes button.

Any listing you have will now automatically convert to this selection.

Note: The 2 fields that display either feet squared (f2) or meters squared (m2) are "Living Area" and "Land".  These 2 fields cannot currently display in acres.
