Real Estate Sales Managers coordinate the activity related to any assigned property. They are the designated person to manage the marketing strategy and leads communication for the property.
A sales manager is not necessarily a role as anyone with an account on the site can be a Sales Manager. The Sales Manager is selected by the property owner or the site admin.
Why is it useful to use a sales manager?
If you have too many properties on your portfolio and you would like assistance managing those, a Sales Manager is a way to do that. With a Sales Manager, you can delegate responsibilities and strategically manage leads, marketing, and general information on your properties.
Who can be a Sales Manager?
Anyone can be a sales manager. The difference is that if you have an account within Showcase, you will have a special tab to see the incoming leads from properties you manage. If you do not have an account, you will only get the email confirmation as the owner does.
How to define a sales manager on one of my properties?
1. - Go to the property you want to add the sales manager to and edit the property.
2. - On the first step of the property wizard, you will have a section called "Listing Agent". These fields are the ones you need to complete to have a sales manager next to your property.
