Cancelling Your Account in Proxio Showcase

Step by Step:

1. Go to your website and Login into your account
2. Go to the top right corner, and click your name to show your account menu.
3. Click the option "Account" on the drop-down menu.
4. Scroll down and select the "Cancel Account" option.

Note: If for any reason you can not see this option to cancel and remove your account, please contact your site administrator, he can review your account and remove it or see why you can not do it.

Cancelling Your Account in Proxio Connect

Step by Step:

1. Sign in proxioconnect.com 

2. Go to the "Upgrade Account" option on the right-hand side of the page.

3. Click on the "Downgrade to Free" button.

Note: Whether the membership is yearly or monthly, the account will be downgraded before the date of the next payment.

Please send an email to support@proxio.com requesting for your account to be cancelled.  Our support team will accommodate your request and subsequently cancel the billing as well.
