Leads management is a feature that is exclusive to Proxio Showcase. Leads are the clients/contacts you register in your Showcase account that you are almost certain they are going to buy. You can use these added contacts to easily send marketing materials for specific properties and track each time you have contacted them.

Registering a Lead
There are 3 different ways that you can register a lead:
- From the leads section in your admin area.
- When you send information to a client through the sales kit.
- When you send information from a property.
Step by Step:
Leads Section -
1. At the top of the dashboard, click on the "Leads" tab.
2. Click the "+ New" button to add a new lead.
3. Add all the client's information that you have available.
Note: The email should be the client's email.
4. Complete the form and scroll down to select the projects that you believe would interest this new lead.
5. To add a property, click on the check mark for each property (it will turn orange when selected).
6. Scroll to the bottom of the page and click on "Register Client". This lead is now registered and you can continue to send them relevant properties.

Sales Kit -
The second way that you can register a client lead is after you have sent the client information about a single development or multiple developments using the Sales Kit.
Step by Step:
1. Right after you click "Send" for the Sales Kit, you will receive a pop-up window.
2. On that window, you can confirm the basic details of the lead.
3. You can also select any properties that you want to relate to your client.
4. Click the "Register client" button.

Send from a Property -
The third way to register a lead is when you send your client information on a single project.
Step by Step:
1. Navigate to the "Manage Projects" tab.
2, Select the property that you are interested in sending.
3. Click on the " Brochures" tab.
4. From here, you can send a brochure or a marketing flyer by clicking "Send".
5. Enter the client information and click "Send".
6. You will now have the opportunity to register this lead.

Managing Your Leads
From the "Leads" section on your account, you can track and manage all of your leads. You can view and edit each lead’s name, location, contact information, a project of interest, and registration date.
When you receive a new lead from the public registration form, you will be notified by the leads icon located at the top of the homepage.
