- Once you have logged in you will be on your Dashboard. Click on the "My Account" tab at the top of the page.
- Click on the "Custom Branding" tab on the left hand side of the page.
- Click "Order Custom Branding" and follow the prompts to complete your order.
- Now that you have purchased Custom Branding, it's time to upload the images you would like our designers to use when creating your branding.
- Click back on the "Custom Branding" tab on the left hand side of the page. The page will now be updated with all the requirements for your Custom Branding.
- Upload your photo following the written guidelines.
- Upload your logo following the written guidelines.
- Specify any other details such as your website URL, color preferences, other wording choices, background preferences, etc.
- Choose which property website themes you would like the custom branding to appear on.
- Click "Submit" when finished.
Note: When you click submit, the project will be sent over to our graphic design team. You will be contacted when the custom branding is complete. You will then be able to view the custom branding on your property websites.

A: Since this is a custom project, the turnaround time is 2-3 weeks. You will be contacted when the custom branding is complete.
Q: What if I need some of the information in the custom branding updated?
A: If your custom branding needs to be updated, please contact our customer service department at 888-458-3943 or open a support ticket here. We will forward the update request to our design team and then reach back out to you when the update has been completed.
