Downloading FlashCards Using an iPhone

How to Download Your FlashCards Videos

  1. Log into your TourFactory account on your iPhone.
  2. Go to the Summary Tab of your property. Need help getting to the Summary tab? Click here for detailed instructions.
  3. On the left-hand side, click the grey tab labeled “FlashCard Listing Videos”.
  4. Long press the "Download" button underneath the FlashCards that you would like to download.

  5. Click the "Download Linked File" button that appears on screen.

  6. Click the blue downloads icon.

  7. Click "Downloads."

  8. Click on the file that was downloaded.

  9. Click the blue share icon.

  10. Click the "Save" button.IMG_2369.jpg
  11. The video will now be saved in your Camera Roll app.
