View Your Transaction History

  1. Log into your TourFactory account.
  2. Click the tab labeled "Reports".

  3. Click the button labeled "Transaction History".

  4. You will now be able to view your transactions for the current year. 
  5. To view a different year of transactions, click on the drop-down menu and select that year-to-date.

  6. If you need transactions prior to the current or previous year, please contact customer service at 888-458-3943 or coaching@tourfactory.com. They will be able to email you previous records.
