If a refund has been processed and the funds were sent to your TourFactory account as a credit, this article will walk you through how to use that credit towards your next order.
- Once logged in to your account, navigate to the My Account tab at the top of the page.
- If there is credit on your account, you will see it by scrolling down until the "Account Balance" section appears. This appears just underneath the office information section.
- Once you have verified that there is credit on your account, you can proceed through placing an order normally. If you need help getting a new order started, click here.
- Once you get to the "Checkout" screen in the order form, you will see a section for "Account Credit." Enter the amount of credit that you want to apply to the order and click "Apply."
In the example below, $225 credit will go towards the $499 order total. If your order total is higher than the credit, you will need to pay the difference with a valid credit card. If the order total is lower than the credit, the remaining credit will remain on your account after the order is finalized.
Note: If you don't want to use the credit on your account for your next order, enter $0 and click "apply." - Finalize your order.

Q: How do I get an account credit refunded back to my card?
A: Please reach out to our customer service department at 888-458-3943 and we will submit this request to our billing department to fulfill. We will notify you when the refund is sent back to your credit card. This can take 3-10 business days to process depending on your bank.
