TourFactory Voice- Record by Phone Option

  1. Go to the Summary Tab of your property. Need help getting to the Summary tab? Click here for detailed instructions.
  2. Click on the "Site Settings" tab on the left-hand side.

  3. Scroll down to the "Add Narration" section and click the red button labeled "Record by Phone".

  4. Type in your phone number that you would like to record from and then click the "Call Now" button.

  5. You will receive a phone call to record your property description.
  6. When prompted, begin recording your property description. 
  7. Once you have recorded your message, press #.
  8. You can now review your recording by pressing 1 or record a new message by pressing 2.
  9. Once you have your message recorded, press 3 to save your recording and then hang up. 
  10. You will now see your recorded message in the list of audio options. 
  11. In the "Phone" column, ensure that the checkbox next to your phone recording is checked.

  12. Scroll to the bottom of the page and click "Save Changes".
  13. To hear a preview of your description, dial the 800 phone number and then the "Site Code" when prompted.  These are located on the "Listing Add-Ons" tab.
