As a TourFactory monthly or annual member you are receiving the most comprehensive and extensive collection of digital marketing tools available on the market today. Changing Your Membership Type 

NOTE: If you are upgrading from Suite Start to Suite Leader you will immediately gain access to all of the additional tools and benefits of the Suite Leader membership. If you are downgrading from Suite Leader to Suite Start you will immediately lose access to all of the additional tools and benefits of the Suite Leader membership. You will be billed at the new rate on your next billing date.

  1. Log into your TourFactory account.
  2. Click the tab labeled "My Account".blobid1.png
  3. Click the gray tab on the left-hand side labeled "Membership".blobid3.png
  4. To upgrade from Suite Start to Suite Leader click the "Switch to Suite Leader" button. blobid4.png
  5. To downgrade from Suite Leader to Suite Start click the "Switch to Suite Start" button. blobid5.png

Canceling Your Membership

Note: Your Premium Property Websites and other benefits will remain active until your next billing date. Once your billing date has passed your Premium Property Websites will no longer be viewable to the public, and you will immediately lose access to your other membership benefits. Your listings will remain in your TourFactory account for future purchase and activation.

  1. Log into your TourFactory account.
  2. Click the tab labeled "My Account".blobid1.png
  3. Click the gray tab on the left-hand side labeled "Billing Info". blobid6.png
  4. Click "Cancel Membership"blobid7.png
  5. Enter the reason you are choosing to cancel, and click "Submit". blobid8.png

Reactivating Your Cancelled Membership

Note: This option is only available until your next billing date after your cancelation. If it is past your billing date you will need to re-purchase your monthly or annual membership.

  1. Log into your TourFactory account.
  2. Click the tab labeled "My Account".blobid1.png
  3. Click the gray tab on the left-hand side labeled "Membership".blobid3.png
  4. Click "Reactivate Membership". blobid9.png
