TourFactory Voice-Uploading an MP3

  1. Go to the Summary Tab of your property. Need help getting to the Summary tab? Click here for detailed instructions.
  2. Click on the "Site Settings" tab on the left-hand side.

  3. Scroll down to the "Add Narration" section and click the red button labeled "Upload a MP3 File".

  4. Click the "Choose File" button to select your MP3.

  5. Select the MP3 file from your computer that you would like to upload.
  6. Now that you have selected your file, click the red "Upload" button.
  7. Your file is now uploading into your property website.
  8. In the "Phone" column, click the checkbox next to the file you would like to use for TourFactory Voice.

  9. Scroll to the bottom of the page and click "Save Changes".
  10. To hear a preview of your description, dial the 800 phone number and then the "Site Code" when prompted.  These are located on the "Listing Add-Ons" tab.
