Changing a Premium Property Website Status

  1. Go to the Summary Tab of your property. Need help getting to the Summary tab? Click here for detailed instructions.
  2. On the left side, click the gray tab labeled "Listing Status" (you may need to scroll down to see this tab). 
  3. Click the radial button next to the status you would like to change your listing to.

  4. Click the red "Update and Save" button to complete the status change.

NOTE: Changing the status to Pending or Sold will add a banner on your property website indicating the status of the listing.
