Note: If one of your listings is switched to a "deleted" status, that listing will no longer be accessible from your account. You will no longer be able to access the photos or property website information. For this reason, we don't recommend marking any listings that have photos as deleted.
- Go to the Summary Tab of your property. Need help getting to the Summary tab? Click here for detailed instructions.
- On the left side, click the gray tab labeled "Listing Status" (you may need to scroll down to see this tab).
- Click the radial button next to the "Deleted" status.
- Acknowledge the warning message by clicking "OK."
Note: It is recommended to only use the deleted status if a listing was created by mistake. If you are simply trying to hide an old listing that may have sold in the past, we recommend marking as "Archived" so that you don't lose access to any listing information.

Q. How do I recover a listing that was accidentally deleted?
A. Listings that have been marked as deleted can only be recovered by our customer service department. Please either email coaching@tourfactory.com or call 888-458-3943 to have your listing recovered.
