From the Listing Add-Ons tab of your listing, you have the ability to email flyers. If you have clicked the "Email" button, sent the email, and your recipient isn't receiving the email, please follow these troubleshooting tips to help solve the issue.
- Have your recipient check their email's spam/junk folders as these emails can filter there occasionally.
- Have your recipient add website@tourfactory.com to their "safe sender" or "whitelist" in their email settings. This process will look different depending on the recipient's email platform. They may need to check their email provider's help articles to find out how this process is accomplished.
